Sentinel Apex Tech is a family-owned company based in Jefferson County, dedicated to serving Colorado’s Wildland Urban Interface (WUI) communities. Our family’s expertise has always been deeply rooted in structures. Whether it be building them, completely remodeling them, maintaining, managing, buying, selling, or protecting them, we understand structures from the foundation up. Today, we bring that comprehensive, lifelong structural experience directly into the Wildfire Preparedness ecosystem.

Since January, our team has worked hard to train, certify, and license our family to bring credible, education-forward support to the frontline of wildfire preparedness. From the deep wildfire science understanding of our Certified Wildfire Mitigation Specialists, to evaluating and educating with aerial-aided images taken by our licensed commercial drone pilot, we bring it all down to the ground. By focusing specifically on the structure and the Immediate Zone, our standards-aligned technicians translate this knowledge into a clear action plan to reduce ignition risks from ember intrusion and fuel ignition in Colorado’s unique climate. Finally, we leave a complete record of all actions taken—including pre- and post-images—that is submission-ready for any formal review or inspection.
